A lineman named Paul was able to come out and install a new line within 30 minutes of arriving and was very friendly throughout the communications. Thank you MHC team for making the experience as painless as possible from their end! Was quite impressed with the service from beginning to end.

MidHudson always has the best customer service whether it’s technical help or account help. We use them for our 2nd home and I can directly compare them to our nyc service. It’s like night and day…with mid Hudson I can speak to someone local in the area who is well-versed in any of the offerings and technical troubleshooting. They are always able to solve our problem and it truly helps that they are always so kind. Refreshing service!
Good service
In the three years we’ve been customers, we’ve never had a single outage or issue. So we’ve only met service people for the initial installation and the recent upgrade, who came exactly when they said they would, and were polite and very helpful. My billing questions are always answered by friendly reps who handled them immediately. One reviewer thought you were expensive. We used to live in Westchester County, NY, and paid nearly twice as much for Verizon and their abysmal service.

Donna and Joanne in billing department are the kindest most helpful people in that office. If I could explain how kind and helpful they are I would say I have never ever called and had a problem with either of them. They remember me and are always willing to help me to the best of there ability. My daughter had to do online schooling and I have been in a position a few time where I just couldn’t make the payment that day and they have never let her miss a day of class. I can’t say enough kind words about them. They are amazing.

Had a problem with our internet. Submitted a chat and was able to start texting with tech support within minutes (at 8:30 pm). Problem was fixed within minutes.
I have only had internet service through mid-Hudson cable for a short time. So far my son is very impressed by the speeds of just the cheaper internet offered . He streams every night with no issues at all. We are from an area that had a different cable company that was so bad this is the first time in many years I have even had internet in my home. I have never been able to make a cell phone call from our home on my cell phone. Dan fixed that along with our service. I have serious health issues and need to send daily medical levels- our service had been dropping all the time making this life saving information impossible. Outstanding internet service, and outstanding customer service. Since they ran fiber-optic to my home, I have rarely had an outage… in 2 years I have had only one outage that lasted more than an hour. The other couple of outages were under 15 minutes. Tech support is excellent. Super-fast upload and download speeds. Overall excellent company and excellent staff. Great price too.

I enjoy MHC, however, even though you are reliable, I am now trying to open an account with Boost Mobile it would save 30.00 per month for a faster download speed. If you could reduce your I would stay with you. If other companies offer competitive pricing, I believe you could do the same.
